All right, so I was on the Libido Lounge podcast talking about something that hits close to home for me and for so many men I work with. Nice guy syndrome. You know, this pattern where we're constantly putting everyone else's needs first, running these ...
I got to be part of something real on Melanie's show recently, and it hit on a topic that's been heavy on my heart: why so many men stay silent when they're drowning. Luke and I talked with Mel about this pattern we keep seeing. ...
Here's the paradox that sits at the heart of masculine conditioning: we're taught to be independent and self-reliant, yet so many of us are terrified of actually being alone with ourselves. I got to explore this contradiction with Melanie Curtin on her show Dear Men, talking with Luke Adler about something men don't discuss nearly...
All right, I just had a conversation on the Beyond The Claptrap Podcast about what's really happening with men right now. We covered a lot of ground, and I want to share some of what we got into because this stuff matters. First off, the stats are undeniable. Men are struggling in ways that are...
I had a blast sitting down with Rory on the Power of Man podcast. We got into some real territory about why men are struggling so much right now and what actually helps. Right out of the gate, we talked about men's groups and why I believe every man should be in one. I shared...
What does it actually mean to be in your masculine when everything you've been told about masculinity feels either toxic or outdated? I had a great conversation with Melanie Curtin on her podcast Dear Men recently about this exact question, something I get asked about constantly. Honestly, it's one of those topics where there's a...
All right, so I was on Healthy Mind, Healthy Life recently, and honestly, this one caught me off guard a bit. The show had me listed as a guest, but when I listened back, the entire episode was actually focused on women's menstrual health and PMDD, featuring Ananya Grover as the primary guest. My segments...
There's a brutal paradox at the heart of modern masculinity: the very stoicism that society teaches us makes us strong is the same force quietly killing us through isolation and disconnection. I had a powerful conversation on Vulnerability Time about this tension, diving deep into men's mental health and the loneliness epidemic that's claiming lives...
All right, so I was on the American Masculinity podcast talking about men's groups and why they matter so much. This is something I'm deeply passionate about because men's groups literally changed my life. I was this frozen, anxious guy in my 20s who didn't ...
All right, let me be totally honest. Getting on Rob's show to talk about the lone wolf myth was right in my wheelhouse. I get to see this pattern constantly in my work, men who believe they're supposed to go it alone, that needing other men somehow makes them weak or dependent. It's bullshit, and...
There's this moment about twenty minutes into my conversation with Melanie Curtin where she says something that made me physically lean back in my chair. She's describing how a client of hers realized he'd been holding his breath for thirty years every time his wife got emotional, and suddenly I'm thinking about every relationship I've...
All right, and welcome back. I recently had the chance to sit down with Ashley Taylor on The Feminine Codes Podcast, and we dove deep into what it actually means for men to be embodied, present, and capable of creating real connection. This conversation hit on a lot of the core themes I work with...
I log anonymous usage events: a random session ID (stored in your
browser until you tap "Start fresh"), which chip you clicked, how
long responses take, what kinds of content I found for you, and
whether you clicked a recommendation. Separately, I keep the
general topic of each question (like "divorce" or "purpose") and
an anonymized one-line summary of it, with names, places, ages,
jobs and other identifying details removed. Those are stored with
only the month and the page you asked on, not linked to your
session, and the summaries are deleted within 90 days. The words you type are never stored
in my analytics.
Your messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to write my
