A Weekend of Transformation & Integration for Men
Leaving the ordinary world to dive into the unknown is a core part of the hero's journey of the masculine.
This powerful weekend will create an evolutionary container to sharpen, deepen, and open you. You will become more intimate with who you are, and more clear about where you're going.
The weekend will focus on shadow-work, presence-work, and purpose-work. Morning embodiment practices will be mixed in with Q&A sessions, workshop sessions, and small group sessions.
- Community. Get connected to other kick-ass men that will both support and challenge you in your journey of transformation and integration.
- Embodiment. Focused practice sessions that will strengthen your nervous system and deepen your first-hand connection to your masculine essence.
- Knowledge. The right piece of information at the right time can transform everything. Bring your questions and desires to our Q&A sessions.
- Nourishment. Recharge your soul while enjoying catered food in a beautiful valley that highlights the best of Northern California.

Getting There
Flying
The retreat center is just over an hour north of Santa Rosa, CA in Sonoma County.
The nearest airport is Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa. A few major airports have direct flights there, otherwise you'll need to grab a connection to fly into there.
The next closest airports are Oakland International Airport (OAK), San Francisco International Airport (SFO), and Sacramento International Airport (SMF). They're each about 2-3 hour drives away from the retreat center.
Transport
We'll have a community travel sheet where everyone can enter their arrival and departure flights + airports to organize carpooling/shared car rentals and possibly even organize a shuttle/van pickup at the airports where a bunch of guys are arriving.
