The Crisis of Modern Masculinity: Finding Purpose, Connection & Identity | Jason Lange | Infinite Dialogues with Oti Jay

The Crisis of Modern Masculinity: Finding Purpose, Connection & Identity | Jason Lange | Infinite Dialogues with Oti Jay

by Jason Lange

There’s a moment Jason Lange sees over and over with the men he works with, when the old script finally breaks. You did everything you were told to do, provide, stay tough, never crack, and you’re still lying awake thinking this can’t be all there...
The Nice Guy Trap: How Kindness Becomes Manipulation | KneeToKnee

The Nice Guy Trap: How Kindness Becomes Manipulation | KneeToKnee

by Jason Lange

I sat down with the hosts of KneeToKnee to talk about something I see constantly in my work with men, and it’s a hard one to name because it doesn’t look like a problem on the surface. The nice guy isn’t the villain of the story. He’s the guy...

Jason Lange, embodiment coach: Why all men need a men’s group | Swishing Mindsets with Anuradha Varma

by Jason Lange

Most men spend their entire adult lives being rewarded for leaving their bodies. And the cost of that doesn’t show up all at once. It accumulates quietly, in the rumination, the health problems they ignore, the relationships where their partner says “I...

What I track

I log anonymous usage events: a random session ID (stored in your browser until you tap "Start fresh"), which chip you clicked, how long responses take, what kinds of content I found for you, whether you clicked a recommendation, and the general topic of the conversation (like "divorce" or "purpose") picked from a fixed list. The text of our conversation is not stored in my analytics.

Your messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to write my replies. Our conversation history lives in your browser's local storage, not on a server, and "Start fresh" erases it. I do not set cookies, send anything to Google Analytics, or store your IP address. Full details are in the privacy policy.
