# Evolutionary Men > Evolutionary Men is a men's transformational coaching organization founded by Jason Lange. Every man should be in a men's group. That's the belief behind everything we build -- coaching, shadow work retreats, men's groups, and embodiment practices for men ready to do the work. Based in Colorado with 20+ years of experience in men's work. ## About Evolutionary Men helps men develop through honest self-examination, embodied awareness, shadow integration, and authentic connection with other men. Founded by Jason Lange, a men's embodiment coach, group facilitator, certified No More Mr. Nice Guy coach, and evolutionary guide. Jason's training lineage includes John Wineland, Dr. Robert Glover, Jun Po Roshi, Tripp Lanier, Ken Wilber, Brother David Steindl-Rast, and Robert Augustus Masters. Evolutionary Men focuses on men together. You will grow faster in a collective than you will alone. The name "evolutionary" means transcend and include: take the best of the old masculine (boundaries, agency, fierceness) and integrate it with what was missing (attunement, vulnerability, honest connection). Every graduate who starts his own men's group extends the mission without Jason in the room. ## Programs - **Pillars of Presence**: Flagship men's coaching program integrating embodiment, polarity, masculine presence, and shadow work for men who want to show up differently in their relationships, careers, and lives. Co-facilitated with Melanie Curtin. - **The Heart of Shadow**: Intensive shadow work retreat co-facilitated by Jason Lange and Dr. Luke Adler. Deep somatic and nervous system work in a small group (capped at 12 men). - **Men's Group Experience**: Peer-led men's groups where men practice honesty, vulnerability, and authentic connection.
