What I track

I log an anonymous session ID (random per browser, not persistent), which chip you clicked, how long responses take, what kinds of content I found for you, and whether you clicked a recommendation.

I do not log your IP address, set cookies, send anything to Google Analytics, or keep a persistent ID that follows you across visits. One percent of conversations are sampled for quality review with emails, phone numbers, and personal names stripped before a human ever sees them. Samples are deleted after 14 days.
